About

The Farmville 5k & Fun Run takes place in the lively community of Farmville, in Pitt County, North Carolina, on May 15, 2027, with the 5K (3.1 miles) at 8 a.m. and the fun run at 8:15 a.m. The scenic, well-marked 5K course starts and finishes at Farmville's Town Common and passes sports fields, a golf course, a library, an arboretum, and both new and historic neighborhoods.

The 5K is chip-timed for accurate results, and every finisher receives a commemorative medal. For those who want to warm up or introduce new runners to the sport, the fun run covers the first 1.2 miles of the main course. Early registrants get an event T-shirt in their choice of size.
