The Families Run for Ovarian Cancer ROC Star 5k and 1-Mile Run/Walk is an annual gathering in St. Louis that raises awareness and funds for ovarian cancer research. On October 10, 2027, the 5K run/walk (3.1 miles) and the 1-mile run/walk both start at 8:30 a.m.
