The Erin's Purpose 5K is an annual race held in Worthington, Indiana, on Saturday, June 5, 2027, at 8:00 a.m., starting from 301 N Dayton Street. The event offers a 5K run and a 5K walk, plus a kids race.

The race supports Erin's Purpose, an organization founded in 2018 by Terri Neighbors in memory of her daughter Erin. Since 2020, the organization has run a house in Bloomfield offering counseling, teen gatherings and suicide prevention talks in schools.
