About

The annual Elgin Valley Fox Trot offers a USATF-certified 10-mile (16 km) course and a 5K. The 2027 races take place on June 6, on the streets of Elgin, Illinois, and along the beautiful Fox River Trail.

Both courses feature hills and long straightaways. The races raise money for nine Elgin nonprofit organizations, including the Elgin Lions Club and the Boys & Girls Club of Elgin.
