Dylan's Dash 5K in Orrville is a cross-country 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk that raises funds and awareness for type 1 diabetes. It takes place on June 12, 2027: the 0.25-mile (400 m) Kids Run starts at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K at 8:30 a.m.

The race is part of the annual Family Fun Day hosted by Caskeys Campground, which also features bounce houses, face painting, food trucks, swimming and a DJ. The day aims to educate the community about type 1 diabetes, which has touched the Caskey family personally since their son Dylan was diagnosed. The event supports the mission of Purpose Through The Pain, an organization that raises awareness, encourages people living with type 1 diabetes and helps ease the costs of the disease.
