About

Duo Dash - Saint Louis takes place in St. Louis on September 11, 2027, with two starts from the Son's of Rest Shelter in the park: the 5K (3.1 miles) at 8:00 a.m., followed at 8:15 a.m. by a 1-mile (1.6 km) dog walk. The event supports Duo Dogs.

The format lets participants of very different levels share the same morning. The 5K, described as fast, lends itself to chasing a time over the distance, while the 1-mile walk is geared more toward families and owners walking with their pets, with no time pressure.
