About

The Dirty Dash 10K & Half Marathon takes place in Bentleyville, Ohio, in Cuyahoga County, in mid-April, as part of the Dirty Trail series. Runners follow trails from the Shelterhouse picnic area in South Chagrin Reservation, part of the Cleveland Metroparks. The 10K (6.2 miles) starts at 8:00 AM, while the half marathon (13.1 miles) starts later, at 10:30 AM. Both are designed for athletes who like competition and trail running. Cleveland-area trails are often damp in April, so it is worth bringing shoes you do not mind getting muddy and spare dry clothes for the drive home.
