Devon Trail Races

The Devon Trail Races return to beautiful Roadford Lake, near Broadwoodwidger, on 31 October 2026, with a trail half marathon and a trail 10K, both starting at 11am, plus a canicross version of each. The courses are tough and scenic, with something for every level.

The 10K is a single loop featuring captivating forest trails, testing climbs and muddy sections that add excitement to the race. The half marathon doubles the challenge with two laps of the same course, testing endurance and consistency. Both distances are ideal for runners looking for a rewarding trail experience. A special feature of the event is its canicross categories, in which runners team up with their dogs for a dynamic take on traditional trail running: the half marathon canicross starts at 11:10am and the 10K canicross at 12:10pm.
