The Aloha 5K! takes place in Purcellville on April 17, 2027, with a 5K run and a 1.5-mile (2.4 km) walk, both starting at 8:30 a.m. It is organized by the PHC Running Club in partnership with the PHC International Justice Mission Club to raise funds to fight human trafficking and slavery.

The run and the walk are open to all participants. The event includes race bibs, refreshments and raffle prizes, and registration is required to receive a commemorative T-shirt.
