Conway Stars and Strides Run is held in downtown Conway, South Carolina, in Horry County on November 7, 2026, in tribute to Veterans Day. The 5K starts at 8:00 a.m. over 3.1 miles and a one-mile run follows at 8:10 a.m. Every entrant receives a race shirt and a finisher medal, with awards for the top male and female runners and for each age group.
