The Conquer the Canyon Marathon Race Festival: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K takes place in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, on July 24, 2027, with a marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km) and a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) at 8:00 a.m., a 5K (3.1 miles) at 8:15 a.m., a 10K (6.2 miles) at 9:15 a.m. and a 5K and 10K combo (15 km). The marathon is a certified Boston Marathon qualifier, and the event combines road and trail courses.

Runners who sign up for both Conquer the Canyon and Run for the Elk over the weekend get a discount and a special T-shirt. Nonbinary participants have their own award categories. Finishers receive medals, and first-time half marathon or marathon finishers get commemorative plaques. Discounts are offered to military members and their families.
