The Conestoga Trail Run is a demanding 10-mile trail race held in eastern Pennsylvania, known for its rugged terrain and sweeping views of the Susquehanna River. Runners tackle a hilly course with rocky trails and stream crossings, which is why the race is limited to experienced trail runners age 14 and up. The event features chip timing, multiple aid stations, and a post-race picnic, with awards given to top finishers across several age groups. It's organized by the Lancaster Road Runners Club.
