About

Como La Flor 5K, 10K, Half Marathon by Califlow Runs is held along the Long Beach waterfront in California on March 27, 2027. The half marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 7:00 a.m., the 10K (6.2 miles) and the 5K (3.1 miles) follow at 8:00 a.m., and a Kids and Family 1 Miler closes the morning at 9:00 a.m.

The event is open to runners, walkers, stroller pushers and dogs, which sets a supportive community tone rather than a strictly competitive one. Even so, the course is USATF certified with professional chip timing and aid stations on route, so times count and there are overall and age-group awards alongside custom medals. If you want a certified 13.1 for a personal best, arrive with a 12-week build behind you, then stay for the DJ-led finish line party.
