University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon is held on May 15, 2027, in Cleveland, Ohio. The marathon (26.2 mi) and the half marathon (13.1 mi) start at 7:00 a.m., the 10K (6.2 mi) and 5K (3.1 mi) at 7:30 a.m. and a one-mile race at 11:00 a.m. The course has a long-standing reputation as one of the flattest and fastest in the country.
