The Cleveland Clinic Brain Aneurysm Awareness 5K/1 Mile in Lakewood is held at Fairview Park on September 18, 2027, with the 5K (3.1 miles) run and the 1-mile walk both starting at 8:30 a.m. Its goal is to raise public awareness of brain aneurysms.

Participants can choose between a chip-timed run and an untimed walk. Race-day registration is available, and awards go to the top male and female finishers in each age group. Special medals are presented to brain aneurysm survivors. Leashed dogs are welcome, making this a friendly gathering in support of a vital cause.
