The City Manager's 5K Walk & Run (CM5K) takes place in San Antonio, Texas, at 8:00 a.m. on April 3, 2027. Organized by the City of San Antonio's Wellness division, the 5K promotes healthy living among city employees and the wider community.

First held in 2007, the event has grown considerably and has changed venues several times to keep up with rising participation. Open to everyone, whatever their age or fitness level, the CM5K offers a friendly, inclusive atmosphere with music, mascots and booths. Participants can register in advance or on race day, with fees that vary. Medals go to the top finishers.
