The Chocolate Chase 5K for Craniofacial Awareness brings a 5K to Crocker Park in Sacramento on May 16, 2027. It combines fitness with awareness of craniofacial differences, offering a timed 5K at 8:30 a.m., a One Mile Walk at the same time and a Superhero Kids Dash at 8:15 a.m., all with chocolate treats along the way.

Proceeds go to Faces of Tomorrow. Participants receive a T-shirt, a medal and a chocolate bar, and age-group winners are recognized. Strollers are allowed, but other wheeled devices are not, and dogs are restricted. Parking options and public transit details are provided by the organizers.
