About

The Oktoberfest Run 5K/10K/13.1 DENVER/AURORA takes place in Centennial on September 25, 2027. Four distances start at 7:30 a.m.: a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K, a 5K and the Family 1 Mile Fun Run (1.6 km), all with a Bavarian festival theme.

Registered participants receive a T-shirt, a finisher's gift, a medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of participation, and a virtual option lets participants run remotely and submit their time. A late-September road race like this often works as a fall tune-up: the 5K to sharpen speed after the summer, the 10K to check fitness, the half to confirm a summer training block. The family mile can be walked just as easily as it can be run.
