The Oktoberfest Run 5K/10K/13.1 ATLANTA comes to Atlanta on September 25, 2027, with four races starting at 7:30 a.m.: a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K, a 5K and the Family 1 Mile Fun Run (1.6 km). The setting borrows from Bavarian festival traditions.

Registrants receive a T-shirt, a medal and a finisher's gift, a digital training pack, a certificate of participation and access to online results, and a virtual option lets participants run elsewhere and report their time. With four distances at the same start time, a group of friends of different abilities can race the same morning without being apart for long. The 10K mostly takes consistency, with three runs a week for six to eight weeks enough to make clear progress, while the half marathon assumes you have already run for an hour and a half straight. The early start calls for an early wake-up and a thorough warm-up.
