Cedarburg Half Marathon | 5K Run/Walk

Cedarburg Half Marathon and 5K is held on May 29, 2027, at the high school in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Both races start at 8:00 a.m. The half marathon (13.1 mi) is certified and chip-timed, with pace groups, aid stations and mile markers along the way; the 5K (3.1 mi) run and walk shares the same start.

Pace groups are the most under-used resource in a half marathon: joining one removes every pacing decision for two hours and, on a certified course, the group's target is a real target rather than an approximation. Pick the group just slower than your ambition, sit in it to ten miles, and spend whatever you have left in the last three.
