The Castle Run for Hope is a 5K run/walk (3.1 miles) held at Glamorgan Castle in Alliance, Ohio, on September 6, 2027, starting at 9:30 a.m. Participants are chip-timed.

The race is organized by CommQuest and Alliance Rotary, two organizations committed to supporting community health and bringing hope to people facing mental health issues, addiction and social hardship. Those who register in advance receive a soft t-shirt, and the first 200 finishers get a personalized medal.
