Candy Cane Course- Springfield

Candy Cane Course- Springfield brings its Christmas-themed lineup to Springfield, Missouri on December 12, 2026. Five events share a 9:00 a.m. start: a 15K (9.3 miles), a 10K, a 5K, a one-mile run, and a Kids Dash.
