The Bulldog Breakaway Twilight 5K #1 is a twilight 5K (3.1 miles) in Charleston on June 3, 2027, starting at 6:30 p.m. on the campus of The Citadel, with the start and finish on the track at Willson Field. The USATF-certified course includes laps around campus, passing through Summerall Gate, and a loop around Hampton Park.

Parking is available near the track. Race-day registration and bib pickup take place at the track before the event, with a fee for those who have not preregistered. Water is available on the course and at the finish, restrooms are located near the track, and results are posted online after the race.
