Bromley 10K

The Bromley 10K takes place in Bromley on 31 January 2027, with a single 10 km race starting at 10:00. The race is held in Norman Park and combines two surfaces: three laps of the athletics track to get things going, four loops of the park's well-maintained paths, then a return to the track for the final 300 metres. Clear signage and marshalling make it an easy race to follow, open to runners of all abilities.

The mix of track and park gives a fast course with no significant climbs, well suited to a late-winter PB attempt. The repeated laps make pacing easier: a split on every loop tells you straight away if you are drifting. For a first 10K, the format is reassuring, as you are never far from the finish area; for everyone else, it works as a fitness test ahead of the spring season.
