The Bridgeport Run at Twin Lakes takes place at Twin Lakes, near Bridgeport, California, on July 4, 2027, with a 5-mile run (8 km) and a 3-mile walk (4.8 km). The course loops around one of the most beautiful lakes in the area, at an altitude of 7,000 feet (about 2,130 m).
Ideal for athletes who want to test their endurance at altitude, the race offers gently rolling terrain on paved and gently graded roads around the scenic Lower Twin Lakes, with two aid stations along the way. The course starts and finishes at the Lower Twin Lakes Store; parking is recommended at the fire station or the laundromat, a few minutes' walk from the store. All proceeds go to the Coleville High School Sports Boosters.
