Boston Trail 1/2 Marathon and 5K Run/Walk features a trail half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) and a 5K run/walk in Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on April 17, 2027, along the Yough River Trail section of the Great Allegheny Passage. The half marathon starts at 9:00 a.m. and the 5K at 9:15 a.m.
The flat, crushed-limestone course suits experienced runners and families alike, across a range of fitness levels. Pacers are available for the half marathon, and every finisher receives a medal. Proceeds go to the Mon Yough Trail Council to support trail maintenance, promote outdoor fitness and encourage community involvement.
