The Blueberry Hill 5K & Newberry Fun Run are part of the Blueberry Festival in Montrose, Pennsylvania, with a 5K (3.1 miles) and a fun run. The 2027 edition is on August 7: the Newberry Fun Run starts at 7:15 a.m. and the 5K at 7:30 a.m. Proceeds benefit the Susquehanna Historical Society and the Free Library Association.

The 5K is a timed race, with awards for the top male and female finishers in each age group and cash prizes for the overall winners. A school challenge lets runners compete on behalf of their school, with cash awards for the school with the lowest team score and the one with the most participants. Other festival activities include a pie-eating contest.
