The Biltmore-Kiwanis 5K/15K Classic in Asheville offers a 15K (9.3 miles) and a 5K, both starting at 7:30 a.m. on May 16, 2027, on the Biltmore Estate in the Blue Ridge Mountains, known as the largest privately owned estate in the United States. The race dates back to 1997 and recently returned after a short hiatus.

Participation is capped at 800 runners, who receive a T-shirt, a medal and a collectible bib and enjoy a timed race on the estate. Registration includes access to the estate on race morning, but not entry to the house or gardens. Spectator tickets are available for an additional fee.
