About

The Bethlehem Running Festival presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network brings a weekend of running to historic Bethlehem from October 16 to 18, 2026, with a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K, a 5K and a trail run. There is something for all ages, including kids' and adult races, along with relay and corporate challenge options.

  • 3.8 Mile Trail Run (6.1 km): October 16, 4:30 p.m.
  • 5K: October 17, 7:30 a.m.
  • 10K: October 17, 9 a.m.
  • Half Marathon and Half Marathon Relay: October 18, 8 a.m.

Awards go to the top finishers across age groups and race categories. Runners receive race-specific medals and running apparel, and part of the registration fees goes to the American Cancer Society.
