About

The Berkeley Trail Adventure Run takes runners through Tilden Regional Park and Wildcat Canyon, on shaded trails that open into stretches with panoramic views and a wide variety of native trees. Aid stations along the course offer fruit and other runner-friendly snacks.

The event welcomes runners and walkers of every age and ability, including newcomers to trail running. All distances are professionally chip-timed, and snacks are provided at the finish. Leashed dogs are welcome and may run if they start toward the back of the pack. Free parking is available at Lake Anza, and carpooling is encouraged.
