About
The Beaverhead Endurance Runs 100K and 55K take place in Salmon on July 10, 2027, with two ultra trail races: the Beaverhead Endurance Run 100K (60.3 miles / 97 km), starting at 4 a.m., and the Beaverhead Endurance Run 55K (33.1 miles / 53.3 km), starting at 7 a.m.
Much of the course follows the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail along the Idaho–Montana border. The route traces the divide over varied terrain, from mountains to talus fields, never dropping down into the valleys, and mixes climbs, descents and flat high-altitude stretches. The 100K is a qualifier for the Western States 100, and both distances are UTMB qualifiers.
