Badass Texas Half-Marathon, 10K & 5K

Badass Texas Half-Marathon, 10K & 5K is held on May 30, 2027, in Waco, Texas. All three distances start together at 6:45 a.m., on courses along the Brazos river and through Cameron Park.

A 6:45 a.m. start in central Texas at the end of May is the organisers telling you what the day will be like: the heat arrives early and the half marathon finishes in it. Take the first three miles thirty seconds a mile slower than your target, drink at every station regardless of thirst, and let the runners who ignore this come back to you after mile eight.
