AlexTru Foundation - 5k is a costume-themed event in West Palm Beach, Florida, on October 31, 2026, open to all ages for walking or running. The 5k covers 3.1 miles and starts at 7:30 a.m., followed by a Fun Run for Kids over 400 meters at 8:30 a.m. Pre- and post-race activities include a Trunk-or-Treat party, and every participant receives a race shirt and a medal. Proceeds support young adults with cancer through the Alexander Trujillo Foundation grant program.
