The Alaska Men's Run is an annual event in Anchorage, held on June 12, 2027, with a 5-mile (8 km) run and a 2-mile (3.2 km) walk, both starting at 10:00 a.m. It aims to raise awareness and educate the public about prostate and testicular cancer.

Registration is available in person or online, and entry fees help fund education, health awareness campaigns, early detection and financial assistance for affected individuals and organizations. The first 200 registrants receive a free T-shirt, with the option to donate its value to the cause. The event plays an important role in community support for cancer initiatives in Alaska.
