About

The 9/11 Heroes Run - Feasterville is a 5K (3.1 miles) in Lower Southampton Township, Pennsylvania, on September 11, 2027, starting at 9:00 a.m. It is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, and includes a GORUCK division in which participants cover the distance with a weighted pack and receive a commemorative patch.

The event supports veterans, active-duty military, first responders and the families of the fallen. The short distance makes it a good first race, and the 9:00 a.m. start leaves time for a light breakfast and a proper warm-up. For the rucking option, test your pack and its fit on a few training outings beforehand.
