About

The 4UBen 5k Walk/Run in Glen Burnie, Maryland, is a 5K (3.1 miles) walk and run held on June 5, 2027, in honor of Benjamin Mario Shadrick. It supports vulnerable children through the creation of Casa Benjamin, an orphanage in Mexico.

Participants can walk or run while contributing to a cause that brings compassionate care to children with special needs. The 5K starts at 9:00 a.m., followed at 10:00 a.m. by two kids' races: a 50-meter sprint for 6- and 7-year-olds and a 20-meter dash for children 5 and under.
