4 Miles to Freedom is a scenic 4.4-mile (7.1 km) charity run in Bigfork, Montana, held on July 24, 2027 with an 8:45 a.m. start. The course combines various trails and road sections along the Swan River.

Proceeds go to the TFC campaign, whose mission is to provide respite stays and therapy for veterans and civilians living with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The campaign offers training in hot- and cold-water immersion therapies to help people affected by PTSD and TBI.
