The 3D Rotorua Off Road Winter Multisport Festival in Rotorua, held on 6 June 2027, gives athletes the chance to take on some of New Zealand's finest lakes for paddling, scenic running courses and world-class mountain bike trails. On foot, there is a half marathon (21.1 km), a 10.5 km and a 5.5 km trail event, each open to runners and walkers.

The programme also includes paddle triathlons, a duathlon and a 30 km mountain bike race. With courses for everyone from beginners to elite competitors, the event is an ideal setting to test your endurance, technique and determination amid stunning natural surroundings. The event hub at the Blue Lake reserve allows self-supported transitions, while giving support crews and spectators plenty of action and excitement.
