Spring Hustle - Grain Valley, MO

Spring Hustle takes place on May 8, 2027, in Grain Valley, Missouri. A single 5K (3.1 mi) is on the program, starting at 9:00 a.m. No elevation gain is listed.

Early May in Missouri is about as good as racing weather gets, cool at the start and warm by mid-morning, which makes a 9:00 a.m. 5K a fair test of where your spring training has taken you. Run it as three kilometres of controlled effort and two of decision, rather than as one long sprint, and you will be passing people in the final mile instead of being passed.
