Ozark Foothills 100

Ozark Foothills 100 is a trail festival in Wildwood, Missouri, running April 9–11, 2027, organized by Terrain Trail Runners. The weekend opens on Friday, April 9, with a Night 50K (31 miles) at 9:00 p.m. Saturday, April 10, hosts the 100-mile and the 100K (62 miles) at 6:00 a.m., the 50-mile at 7:00 a.m., and a daytime 50K at 8:00 a.m. Sunday, April 11, closes with a marathon (26.2 miles) at 6:00 a.m. and a 25K (15.5 miles) at 7:00 a.m.

Seven races over three days give you plenty of ways to approach the Ozark foothills. The Night 50K is a fun test if you want to practice headlamp running before a 100-mile, the 25K and marathon suit newer trail runners, and the 50-mile, 100K and 100-mile cover the full ultra spectrum. For the longest options, a 20- to 24-week build with back-to-back long runs and overnight sessions is the norm; the 50K formats need 12 to 16 weeks. Ozark trails are rocky and rolling, so expect constant short climbs and choose protective shoes with good grip.
