New Years Day 5K & Half Marathon at Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery is held in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, on January 1, 2027. The half marathon (13.1 miles), the 5K and a Sip & Stroll over the same 3.1 miles all start at 10:00 a.m. at Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery.
