Connect my Garmin watch

Intervals, easy runs, long runs: each session displays with detailed instructions right on your screen. No more memorizing the plan or checking your phone while running.

Get the most from your Garmin with RunRun

1

Enable pace alerts

Your watch can vibrate or beep if you leave the target pace zone. Essential for intervals and race-specific paces.

2

Wear your watch daily

Rest data (resting HR, sleep, HRV) helps RunRun better adapt your plan. The more data your Garmin collects, the more precise the plan.

3

Sync before heading out

Open Garmin Connect on your phone to sync latest planned sessions before you run.

4

Use a chest strap for intervals

The optical wrist sensor can lag during intervals. A chest strap (HRM-Pro, etc.) provides more reliable data.

5

Review your stats after sessions

RunRun automatically analyzes your Garmin data: pace compliance, average HR, recovery time. Valuable insights for progress.
