The Kent Classic

The Kent Classic is a cycling event starting and finishing at Lingfield Park Racecourse, Dormansland, on 24 October 2026, with routes of 111 km, 84 km and 47 km. The routes run along the border between East Sussex and Kent and skirt the picturesque Hever Castle estate, taking on the rolling hills and varied terrain of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), where demanding climbs and ever-changing scenery deliver plenty of adrenaline.

For those who want to go further, the Long route adds a tough loop in the far south-east of the Kent Downs, skirting Sevenoaks and passing above the scenic Bough Beech Reservoir before returning to Lingfield. The 111 km sets off at 8am (1,492 m of climbing), the 84 km at 8.45am (1,012 m) and the 47 km at 9.15am (600 m). Every finisher receives a finisher's medal and exclusive rewards from the event's partners.
