Mtc Cymrun is a multi-day ultramarathon series starting from Porth Swtan on 4 July 2028 and covering 412 km (256 miles) in all. It forms the core of the Mount to Coast End to End Challenge, guiding a field of 20 participants across Wales along the iconic Cycle Route 8.
Each day is a standalone ultramarathon stage, crossing varied Welsh landscapes and offering a taste of a vibrant culture. A unique, personalised and fully supported experience, it is a complete test of physical and mental strength, combining endurance, adventure and camaraderie in the wild Welsh countryside.
