About

The Marathon de Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Marathon, takes place on 17 January 2027 and has been held in the city since its first edition in 1981. It is now one of the most popular marathons in Asia, with an urban course passing modern skyscrapers, traditional temples and colonial-era buildings.

Alongside the 42.195 km marathon, several other distances are on offer: a 10 km, a half marathon and races for children and families.

Note: the high humidity and the air quality make this a particularly demanding course.
