No elevation figures have been published.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Starting in waves limits crossovers between walkers, runners and dog-and-human teams, a useful precaution on shared paths. Canicross requires preparation for both partners: the dog needs to be used to the harness, the bungee line and directional commands before turning up at the start.
