Starting in Menai Bridge, the half marathon begins with a climb up to the iconic Menai Suspension Bridge, crossing it before heading back down into town.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The route continues on closed roads to Beaumaris, passing the 13th-century Beaumaris Castle, before returning along the coast with superb views over the Menai Strait and Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.
