On 29 November 2026 the race starts at 10:00 from the Forum on the University of Hertfordshire campus and quickly joins the well-known Alban Way, a popular running route between Hatfield and St Albans.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The 5-mile (8 km) course is remarkably flat, with just 3 metres of elevation gain, and features wide turns and long straights, including the A414 path and Comet Way.
